Hindustan Newsprint Limited has been selected for the certificate of Merit in the Pulp and Paper sector for the National Energy Conservation Awards-2005. Shri.N.P.Prabhu,Managing Director received the award from Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam President of India at a function on 14th December 2005 at  Vigyan Bhavan,  New  Delhi.
